Ever since I started going to RCG health and fitness and training with coach Paul, my overall life has balance. Since day one when we discussed my goals, coach Paul has exceedingly pushed me beyond. I went from training once a week to an average 3 times a week. Coach Paul makes sure I work our entire training session. My son Max started with Coach Paul 5 years ago after I saw how timid he was during his first year of playing Pop Warner. Coach Paul not only taught him the necessary football techniques that was vital to his safety and development as a young football player but more importantly he restored his confidence in the game!!!

Ever since my son and I started going to Coach Paul at RCG, we truly enjoy our time encouraging each other and watching each other grow and get stronger every week. Coach Paul selects workouts that are challenging yet conducive to our individual abilities. Definitely has been life changing and empowering.
