Group fitness classes in Sanford for adults and students

We have a wide range of group fitness classes for everyone from beginners to professional athletes. This includes youth skills training for adolescents and scholastic sports performance training for student athletes in high school and college.

ADULT BOOTCAMP TRAINING

Focused on increasing strength, endurance, flexibility, and functional movements

HIGH SCHOOL & COLLEGIATE ELITE TRAINING

Focused on improving strength, speed, agility, and explosiveness for scholastic sports

SILVER SNEAKER TRAINING

Focused on boosting balance, functional movement, flexibility, and bone strength

YOUTH SKILL TRAINING

Focused on building fitness and performance skills in kids ages 12 through 14

Monday - Friday

6:00 am – Adults. bootcamp Training.

7:30 am –  Silver sneaker class.

9:00 am – Adults bootcamp training.

12:00 m – Adults bootcamp Training.

4:00 pm – Sports performance.

HS/Collegiate Elite.

5:00 pm – Adults bootcamp Training.

6:00 pm – Sports performance.

Youth Skills.

7:00 pm – Adults bootcamp training.

Saturday

8:00 am – Silver sneaker class.

9:00 am – Adult bootcamp Training.

10:00 am – Sports performance. (Devo youth training)

11:00 am – Sports performance. (HS/COLLEGIATE elite)

12:00 pm – Yoga class.
