Paul Graham Jr.
“Live with a purpose” is Paul’s motto, because to be able to achieve your goals in life, you need something to motivate you!
Paul was born in Tucson, Arizona but raised in Vero Beach, Florida from the age of four. While growing up, his family took health and fitness very seriously, his father being an endocrinologist and his mother a fitness instructor. He was active from a young age, participating in summer sports camps, playing a variety of sports, and volunteering at fitness camps.
Throughout his years playing sports, Paul met great coaches, athletic trainers, physical therapists, and players who motivated him to become the sports performance and functional trainer he is today.
Paul earned a bachelor’s in Physical Education and a Masters in Sports Management from the great Florida A&M University. In addition to his fitness training journey, he’s focused on elevating his programming skills and his youth performance skills. During his time in college, he also added Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist certifications to his personal and group fitness training skill set and qualifications.
After moving to Orlando and while working at D1 Training Orlando, Paul went on to get another degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Herzing University.
